Other clients must allow access to thousands or terabytes of brand-approved digital assets to a multitude of retailers, distributors, and sales personnel for use their print advertisements, websites, and presentations. Honeycomb Archive can configure your digital asset management system to accommodate your company’s needs.
Most digital asset management systems are “user based” and require the owner to purchase a license for each individual user, even if thousands of users are needed. With this option, Honeycomb Archive offers affordable digital asset management as a flat fee for unlimited users.
With this option, clients can easily share digital files and assign digital asset management rights to the appropriate users. There are two common ways Honeycomb Archive accommodates clients who use the Unlimited Users option.
For some customers, it makes more sense to allow users to self-register for access to the digital asset management system. With self-registration, users can request access to the DAM system and set up their own unique login credentials. The Honeycomb Archive Digital Asset Management System can then be configured to allow those registrants to have immediate access. Or if preferred, those registrations can be reviewed by the designated DAM system administrator who can grant or deny those requests.
Sometimes it is not practical to maintain thousands of users directly in the Honeycomb Archive Digital Asset Management System. For example, your corporation may have a system in place to authenticate potential users and allow them to sign into proprietary area of your website or portal. We can accommodate this type of application by working with your IT department to allow for authentication of users.
With our Unlimited User Feature, customers with hundreds or even thousands of users are able to pay one flat fee for 75 or more users. In addition to the convenience and flexibility of the Honeycomb Archive Digital Asset Management System, the cost of this feature is an infinitely affordable.
