Columbus, OH (Quick Square Consulting)  October 1, 2009 – Quick Square Consulting has developed an incentive program for Business Associations and their members that provides graphic/image organizational and management tools at a fraction of the cost.   By partnering with Quick Square, Business Associations will receive a free digital asset management (DAM) system with many upgrades.  A discounted DAM system and other special advantages will be offered to Association Members.

Through this partnership program, Business Associations have an added opportunity to offer value to their members.   Just like other businesses, many Associations are also facing financial challenges during this economic downturn as their memberships decline.  It is critical to provide concrete value-added features to their members and this DAM partnership program provides that potential.

Honeycomb Archive Workgroup is a web based digital asset management system that allows organizations and businesses to manage their marketing graphics.  The system provides an affordable solution to easily organize, store and distribute thousands of marketing graphics through a web-based service provided by Quick Square Consulting.

Participating Business Association Partners receive:

• A Free Honeycomb Archive Workgroup system to manage and share their own marketing graphics. The system includes a 20 user/10 gigabyte system with up to 1 hour/month of phone/web based support. This package with support is valued at $449/month.

• A $50/month marketing incentive paid to the Association Partner for each of their member businesses that sign up with a service agreement to Honeycomb Archive Workgroup. (Example 50 members sign up for a service agreement would generate $2,500/mo for the partner association). This on-going fee will be paid to the Association Partner for as long as the member business continues the service and the Association continues to participate in the partner program.

Participating Association Business Members receive:
• Special pricing for the Association Business Members for a 20 user/10 gigabyte Honeycomb Archive Workgroup system for $149/month, a savings of $150/month. This special offer provides the Business Member with an additional 15 users at no cost. This discount remains in place even if the association decides to no longer participate in the partner program.
