Digital Asset Management
As leaders in the digital asset management industry, Honeycomb Archive wants to provide technical information to help efficiently standardize your digital images as they are input into our web-based library. This information will help you to better manage your company’s specific digital photo batches.
Similar to Photoshop’s batch process, ACDSee does not require actions to be made. ACDSee’s batch image convert program is a quick and easy way to change the file format of a group of digital images.
Catalog Files
Open ACDSee software. First, we need to catalog the files. Go to Database then click Catalog Files. Choose only the folder that contains the digital images we want to rename. Click Next.

Files will be cataloged, but we need to do a search to find them. In the Search Pane, enter the file extension of the digital images and the folder where they are located. Click Start.

Batch Image Convert
Select all the digital images once they have been found. Then, go to Tools, and click Batch Convert File Format. Select what you would like to change the images to, in this case we used tiff. Click Format Settings to customize the options.

Select the folder where you want the new images to go.

Digital images will be converted as shown below.
